Affiliates must use approved referral links. Commissions are paid 30 days after confirmed purchases or bookings (to account for refunds or cancellations). Minimum payout: $50.

Image43 LLC Referral Program — Terms & Conditions

Thank you for being part of the Image43 LLC Referral Program. By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
The Referral Program is open to individuals 18 years or older residing in the United States.
Referrers must have an existing relationship with Image43 LLC (as a client, customer, or verified follower).
Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Image43 LLC are not eligible to participate.
2. How It Works
Share your unique referral link, code, or invite message with friends, family, or colleagues.
A referral is valid when the referred client books or purchases any Image43 service totaling $200 or more (before tax and fees).
Once the purchase is confirmed and payment is fully processed, the referrer earns a $25 reward.
3. Rewards
Each successful referral earns $25 after the referred client spends $200 or more.
Rewards may be issued as:
Cash via PayPal, or
Store credit for future Image43 services (photography, video, branding, or design).
Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless otherwise approved by Image43 LLC.
There is no limit to the number of qualified referrals you can earn.
4. Restrictions
Self-referrals are not allowed.
Only one referral reward will be granted per referred customer.
Referrals made through spam, false identities, or paid advertising channels are not eligible.
Image43 LLC reserves the right to void or revoke rewards in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
5. Payment & Delivery
The discount code is generated and sent to your email within 24 to 48 hours of signing up
Rewards are processed within 14 business days after the referred client’s payment clears.
Payments are sent via PayPal or applied as Image43 store credit, based on your preference.
Image43 LLC is not responsible for incorrect PayPal details or unclaimed payments.
6. Program Updates
Image43 LLC may modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time without prior notice.
Continued participation after updates means you accept the revised terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Image43 LLC is not responsible for technical issues, delays, or data errors affecting reward tracking or delivery. All decisions made by Image43 LLC regarding eligibility and rewards are final.
